Mustard Broiled Swordfish With Fresh Dill

Ingredients
  Swordfish steaks 2 Pound (1 Inch Thick, 2 Steaks, 1 Pound Each)
  Coarse grain mustard 3 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Finely chopped fresh dill 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to Broil.
Sprinkle swordfish steaks with salt and pepper on both sides, then brush both sides with mustard.
Cover bottom of baking dish with melted butter; place steaks in dish and broil 4 to 5 minutes.
Turn steaks and broil 4 to 5 minutes more.
Do not overcook or fish will become dry.
Cut steaks in half, sprinkle with fresh dill, and serve.
