Cut cone-shaped wedge out of cauliflower core.
Place cauliflower and water in 1 1/2-quart microproof casserole.
Cook, covered, on HI (max. power) 9 minutes.
Turn over halfway.
Mix mayonnaise, onion, mustard, and salt.
Spoon sauce over top of cauliflower.
Lay cheese slices on top.
Cook, uncovered, on 70 (roast) 1 minute, or until cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
