Cauliflower with Aioli
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
Divide the cauliflower into small sprigs.
Pound the garlic, stir in the egg yolks.
Add the oil very gradually at first, as if for mayonnaise.
When all the oil has been added, put the aioli into a bowl standing on a flat dish.
Arrange the sprigs of cauliflower round.
