Baked Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients
  Cauliflower florets 4 Cup (64 tbs), blanched
  Tomato sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mozzarella cheese 1 1⁄2 Ounce, shredded
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange cauliflower in pie plate and spoon tomato sauce over cauliflower.
2. In small mixing bowl combine cheeses; sprinkle over tomato sauce.
3. Bake until cauliflower is thoroughly heated, about 15 minutes.
