Baked Cauliflower Casserole
|Cauliflower florets||4 Cup (64 tbs), blanched|
|Tomato sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mozzarella cheese||1 1⁄2 Ounce, shredded|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
1. Preheat oven to 375Â°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange cauliflower in pie plate and spoon tomato sauce over cauliflower.
2. In small mixing bowl combine cheeses; sprinkle over tomato sauce.
3. Bake until cauliflower is thoroughly heated, about 15 minutes.
