Casserole Of Cauliflower
|Plain flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh breadcrumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cheese||60 Gram, grated|
Break cauliflower into flowerets, boil or steam in usual way until just tender.
Place cauliflower in ovenproof dish.
Peel and chop onion.
Melt butter in pan, add onion.
Cook, stirring, until onion is transparent, add onion to dish.
Reserve butter in pan.
Stir flour into reserved butter, cook, stirring for a minute.
Gradually stir in milk and cream, stir until sauce boils and thickens, season with salt and pepper, pour into dish over cauliflower.
Stir to distribute sauce through cauliflower.
Sprinkle top evenly with combined breadcrumbs and cheese, bake uncovered in moderate oven 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
