Glorified Cheese Cauliflower

Ingredients
  Cauliflower head 1 Medium
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded process sharp american cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red pepper sauce 5 Drop
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Prepare and cook whole cauliflower.
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
Blend in flour and seasonings.
Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in milk.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Stir in cheese and red pepper sauce.
Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
Pour sauce over hot cauliflower.
If desired, sprinkle with paprika.
