Cauliflower Cheese Toss
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, separated into rings|
|Cauliflower||3 Cup (48 tbs), sliced|
|Romaine leaves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced|
|Iceberg lettuce head||1 Medium|
|Blue cheese||2 Ounce, crumbled|
Combine olive oil, salad oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Add sliced vegetables to mixture.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Line salad bowl with romaine leaves; add Iceberg lettuce; sprinkle crumbled cheese over lettuce.
Just before serving, add marinade mixture and toss gently with lettuce and blue cheese.
