Cauliflower A La Greque

Ingredients
  Cauliflower head 1 , divided into flowerets
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dry white wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dill weed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Shredded lime peel 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Put water, wine, oil and seasonings into blazer pan of Oster Electric Chafing Dish.
Bring to a boil at high, add cauliflower.
Reheat to boiling and cook uncovered for 7 minutes.
Blend cornstarch and water; add to cauliflower and cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
Garnish with chopped parsley and shredded lime peel.
Place over hot water bath and keep warm at medium setting.
