|Cauliflower||1 , trimmed and cut into florets to make 6 cups|

|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), minced|
|Minced fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil flavored cooking spray||1|
1. Arrange cauliflower in a vegetable steamer. Steam, covered, 8 to 10 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
2. Meanwhile, place bread in a food processor or blender; process until fine breadcrumbs form.
3. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; saute 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir in breadcrumbs; cook, stirring frequently, until browned. Remove from heat; stir in parsley and salt.
4. Coat cauliflower with cooking spray; toss with breadcrumb mixture.
