Curried Cauliflower

Ingredients
  Cauliflower head 1 Small, washed, trimmed, and broken into florets
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Steam cauliflower over boiling water until tender.
Mean while, melt butter in a small saucepan; add lemon juice, curry powder, and salt and cook over low heat until bubbly.
Pour over cauliflower and serve.
