Creamy Cauliflower

Ingredients
  Butter 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Cauliflower 1 Small, cut into flowerets
  Potatoes 2 Large, peeled, cooked and diced
  Cucumber 1 , peeled, seeded and diced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), smashed and chopped
  Chopped parsley 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Chopped pimento 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Hot light cream 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Lemon juice 5 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place butter and cauliflower in casserole; season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Cover and microwave 5 minutes.
Add potatoes, cucumber, garlic, parsley and pimento; mix well.
Continue microwaving 2 minutes covered.
Mix again and stir in cream; finish microwaving 2 minutes uncovered.
