|Cauliflower||1 Small, cut into flowerets|
|Potatoes||2 Large, peeled, cooked and diced|
|Cucumber||1 , peeled, seeded and diced|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), smashed and chopped|
|Chopped parsley||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Chopped pimento||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Hot light cream||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Lemon juice||5 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Place butter and cauliflower in casserole; season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Cover and microwave 5 minutes.
Add potatoes, cucumber, garlic, parsley and pimento; mix well.
Continue microwaving 2 minutes covered.
Mix again and stir in cream; finish microwaving 2 minutes uncovered.
