How To Make Cauliflower Popcorn

Delicious Cauliflower Popcorn Recipe. Great as a side dish or snack.
  Cauliflower 1 Medium
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon

1.Preheat your oven at 425 degrees.
2.Line abaking sheet with parchment paper.
3.Cut cauliflower into about the size of a golf ball or smaller.

4.In a large bowl add olive oil and salt and stir until combine.
5.Add cauliflower pieces to it and stir util its coated.
6.Spread the cauliflower on to the parchment lined baking sheet.
7.Put this in the oven for about an hour and make sure to turn the pieces around two or three times during cooking.

8.Tastes great when served with ketchup.

The browner the cauliflower gets the sweeter it tastes and do not worry about the cauliflowers getting a little burnt it will still taste great
