Mustard Topped Cauliflower
|Cauliflower head||1 Medium|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
|Prepared mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Cheddar cheese/Swiss cheese||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), shredded|
1. Place cauliflower in a deep casserole and add water. Cover. Microwave, at Power Level 10 for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender. Drain.
2. Combine all remaining ingredients, except cheese and paprika. Spoon mixture over cauliflower, then sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Microwave, uncovered, at Power Level 7 for 2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
