This Cauliflower Coulis is one of the best cauliflower sauces that I've ever tasted. Try this creamy cauliflower and potato dip with pepper seasonings with your chicken dishes. Your suggestions for this Cauliflower Coulis are welcome.
Ingredients
  Cauliflower 1 1⁄2 Milliliter (1 1/2 cups , mainly stems)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon (15 ml)
  Green onion 1 , chopped
  Potatoes 60 Milliliter, sliced (1/4 cup)
  Milk 250 Milliliter (1 cup)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, cook cauliflower. Rinse under cold water and drain.
–  In a separate saucepan, melt butter and saute green onion and potatoes for 5 minutes, then add cauliflower. Pour milk into mixture and season with salt and pepper. Heat over low heat for 20 minutes without boiling.
–  Run mixture through blender, then return to saucepan and heat for 5 minutes.
–  Adjust seasoning, then pour through sieve and serve.
