Cauliflower From The Oven

Ingredients
  Cauliflower 1
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Grated gouda cheese/Grated parmesan cheese 6 Tablespoon
  Dry breadcrumbs 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Wash and trim the cauliflower and cook in boiling salted water to cover for 15 to 20 minutes.
In a saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons butter, stir in flour and gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Remove from the heat and stir in 3 tablespoons grated cheese.
Place the cauliflower in an oven proof dish and pour the sauce over.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs and dot with remaining 1 tablespoon butter.
Bake in a 350° oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
