|Coriander powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Turmeric powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), chopped|
|Ginger||1⁄2 , chopped|
|Tomato||1 Small, chopped|
Cut the cauliflower and the green chilli.
Heat the ghee and fry the garlic, ginger and green chilli.
Add the cauliflower.
Keep stirring on a moderate fire.
Cover and cook for about five minutes.
Add salt, coriander powder, turmeric and coriander leaves, Keep the fire low.
After five minutes when any moisture in it has completely dried up, add the tomato.
Keep stirring till the tomato is cooked and dries up.
Not a drop of water is to be used to cook this dish.
