|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Hot water||3 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), shredded|
Remove leaves and trim base of cauliflower; rinse.
Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole with 3 tablespoons hot water.
Cover, cook in Radarange oven about 8 to 10 minutes, until tender; drain.
Mix together remaining ingredients, spread over the top of the cauliflower.
Cook in oven 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, uncovered, until sauce topping bubbles and melts.
