Dressed Cauliflower

Cauliflower with Curry Yogurt Dressing is a yummy recipe from American cuisine, this dish can be served as main dish.
Ingredients
  Cauliflower head/Packaged cauliflower 1 Small, cut into florets
  Yogurt dressing 2 Tablespoon (curry / thousand island or greek feta flavor)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl put the cauliflower florets. Place in the microwave for 4 to 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
2. Remove the bowl from the microwave and a couple of tablespoons of your favorite yogurt dressing. Mix well.

SERVING
3. Serve fresh as an appetizer or a side dish.
