Home Made Cauliflower Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Cauliflower head 1 Medium
  Wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Green olives 6 , chopped
  Pickle relish 1 Tablespoon
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Pimiento 1 , chopped
  Tomatoes 2 , quartered
  Tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), quartered
  Iceberg lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs), quartered
Directions

Wash cauliflower and break into flowerets.
Cook cauliflower, covered, in a small amount of boiling salted water until tender.
Drain.
Place in a shallow 1 quart baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cauliflower.
Chill; remove excess oil and vinegar
