Cauliflower florets | 3 Cup (48 tbs) | |
Sriracha | 3 Tablespoon | |
Oil | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying) | |
For the batter | ||
Cornstarch | 2 Tablespoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Sriracha | 1 Teaspoon |
MAKING
1. Make a batter with cornstarch, water, salt and the sauce.
2. Add the florets, deep fry and drain on a kitchen towel.
3. Add the Cauliflower to a clean wok an douse it in Sriracha sauce Mix well Leave to caramelize a little bit.
SERVING
4. Serve hot.
