Smoky Catfish

Smoky Catfish has a difining taste. The lemon juice makes the Smoky Catfish a piquaut and stimulating taste.
Ingredients
  Catfish/Lean fish fillets 1 Pound
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Liquid smoke seasoning 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Snipped fresh chives 1 Tablespoon
Directions

If fish fillets are large, cut into 4 serving pieces.
Arrange fish fillets, thickest parts to outside edges, in microwavable dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches.
Mix remaining ingredients except chives; brush over fish.
Cover and refrigerate about 30 minutes, brushing twice.
Cover tightly and microwave on high 3 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Microwave until fish flakes easily with fork, 3 to 5 minutes longer.
Sprinkle with chives.
