|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Liquid smoke seasoning||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
|Snipped fresh chives||1 Tablespoon|
If fish fillets are large, cut into 4 serving pieces.
Arrange fish fillets, thickest parts to outside edges, in microwavable dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches.
Mix remaining ingredients except chives; brush over fish.
Cover and refrigerate about 30 minutes, brushing twice.
Cover tightly and microwave on high 3 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Microwave until fish flakes easily with fork, 3 to 5 minutes longer.
Sprinkle with chives.
