Middendorfs Broiled Manchac Catfish
|Catfish fillets||40 Ounce|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic salt||To Taste|
|Catfish fillet||5 Ounce|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Line a shallow baking pan with aluminum foil; lightly brush foil with butter, and sprinkle lightly with garlic salt.
Arrange fillets in prepared pan.
Brush fish with remaining melted butter; sprinkle lightly with garlic salt and lemon juice.
Broil 5 inches from heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Spoon pan drippings over fish, if desired.
