Catfish Kiev Style
|Catfish fillets||12 Small|
|Onion salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce|
|Lemon pepper seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
|Canned mushroom stems and pieces||4 Ounce|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Seasoned crouton crumbs||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
Sprinkle fillets with onion salt.
Combine cream cheese, softened butter, and lemon-pepper seasoning; mix until blended.
Stir in mushrooms.
Divide cheese mixture into 12 portions.
Roll each fillet around a portion of cheese mixture, and secure with a wooden pick.
Dip fish in butter, and coat with crumbs.
Place fish in a lightly greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish.
Drizzle with any remaining butter.
Bake at 350Â° for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
