Catfish Kiev Style

  Catfish fillets 12 Small
  Onion salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon pepper seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Canned mushroom stems and pieces 4 Ounce
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Seasoned crouton crumbs 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)

Sprinkle fillets with onion salt.
Combine cream cheese, softened butter, and lemon-pepper seasoning; mix until blended.
Stir in mushrooms.
Divide cheese mixture into 12 portions.
Roll each fillet around a portion of cheese mixture, and secure with a wooden pick.
Dip fish in butter, and coat with crumbs.
Place fish in a lightly greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish.
Drizzle with any remaining butter.
Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
