Creamy Catfish

Creamy catfish, sounds so delicious. The preparation technique reminds of the creamy pasta. Simple to make and great to eat. Creamy catfish is a treat to a seafood lover. Serve it with steamed and sauteed vegetables.
Ingredients
  Catfish 4 Pound
  Evaporated milk 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Potatoes 4 Cup (64 tbs), chopped (Cooked)
  Potatoes 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1)In a pan, steam catfish until done in little water.
2)Remove bones and flake meat.
3)In a saucepan, mix milk and butter and heat until butter melts. Stir constantly.
4)In a bowl, dissolve cornstarch to a paste in some cold water.
5)Add the paste to hot milk. Cook until thickened. Stir continuously.
6)Add salt and pepper and stir in catfish and potatoes. Heat it nicely.

SERVING
7)Serve the creamy catfish immediately.
