1)In a pan, steam catfish until done in little water.
2)Remove bones and flake meat.
3)In a saucepan, mix milk and butter and heat until butter melts. Stir constantly.
4)In a bowl, dissolve cornstarch to a paste in some cold water.
5)Add the paste to hot milk. Cook until thickened. Stir continuously.
6)Add salt and pepper and stir in catfish and potatoes. Heat it nicely.
7)Serve the creamy catfish immediately.
