Ingredients
  Catfish 6 Pound
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fish frying mix 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shortening 1 Tablespoon (For Frying)
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Cut fish into serving pieces.

MAKING
2)In a bowl, mix together eggs and milk.
3)Dip the fish into the mixture and then into frying mix.
4)In a pan, heat shortening and deep fry until golden brown from both sides.

SERVING
5)Serve the patio fish hot.
