Chesapeake Catfish

Ingredients
  Catfish fillets 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Fresh lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Old bay seasoning/Chesapeake seasoning 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, cut into thin pats
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°.
Rinse the catfish fillets and place them in an oiled 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the lemon juice over the fillets and then cover them with a thin coating of Old Bay Seasoning.
Dot with pats of butter.
Bake, covered, for 25 minutes, until the fish is hot and tender.
