Barbecued Catfish

Ingredients
  Catfish 6 Pound (6 Piece, 1 Pound Each)
  Paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Catsup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Clean, skin and fillet the Catfish.
2) Combine all the remaining ingredients.

MAKING
3) Baste the fish properly with the sauce and place it in a hinged fish basket with has been greased properly.
4) On a grill which is some 3 to 4 inches from the coals, place the fish and cook for about 7 to 8 minutes on each side or till the fish flakes easily. Keep brushing with the sauce frequently.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
