Fried Catfish Fillets

Ingredients
  Skinned catfish fillets 2 Pound (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Cornmeal 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon (Hot)
  Lemon wedges 4
Directions

Thaw frozen fish.
Cut fish into serving-size portions; season with salt and pepper.
Combine eggs and milk.
Dip fish in egg mixture, then in cornmeal.
Place in single layer in hot oil in a 10-inch skillet; fry over medium heat for 7 to 8 minutes.
