Herbed Grilled Catfish

Ingredients
  Paprika 4 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Catfish fillets 40 Ounce (Farm Raised, 10 Four Ounce Pieces)
  Vegetable cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients.
Sprinkle mixture Evenly on both sides of fillets.
Place fillets in a grilling basket coated with cooking spray.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill pver medium-hot coals (350° to 400°).
Place basket on rack; grill, covered, 4 minutes on each side or Until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Transfer to a serving platter.
If desired, garnish with fresh oregano and thyme.
