Seafood Casserole

Seafood casserole is the ideal main course for people who like seafood. It consists of shrimps, lobsters, crabs and any other seafood depending on availability and individual preferences. As per most Seafood casserole recipes the seafood needs to be combined with cooked mushrooms and butter and cooked on low heat. Then, milk needs to be added and the mixture stirred till it is thick prior to adding wine and seasoning. This then needs to be baked for about 20 minutes and broiled for about a minute and Seafood casserole is ready to be served. It is best served hot but can be refrigerated for later use. The best part is that most of the ingredients can be replaced depending on availability. Wine can be replaced by sherry and lobsters and be replaced by crabs and vice versa. Seafood casserole is not just popular in areas near the sea but in almost all regions of the world.
