Bean Casserole refers to a baked dish of beans or beans in combination with meat, vegetables, bread etc. It makes a sumptuous meal. Method Of Preparation Of Bean Casserole

Beans, which may be green beans, red kidney beans, lima beans or any other type of edible beans are first soaked overnight for becoming tender. Then, they are baked along with meat or vegetables, with spices, sauces and seasonings. Ground meat is mostly used in bean casseroles. The casserole can be cooked in a crockpot too. Quite filling, this variety of casseroles are often considered nutritious.
