Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lean pork 1 Pound, cut into bite size pieces
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Green cabbage 2 Pound, finely shredded
  Potatoes 3 Medium, peeled, cut into 1 inch cubes
  Beef bouillon 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Caraway seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Parsley sprigs 1 , chopped
Directions

Heat oil in Dutch oven.
Add meat; brown on all sides about 10 minutes.
Add onion; saute lightly.
Stir in cabbage and potatoes.
Add bouillon; season with salt, pepper, and caraway seeds.
Cover; simmer 50 minutes.
Correct seasonings if necessary.
