This rice en casserole is a savory rice casserole made with tomato ketchup and eggs along with milk. Prepared in the oven by baking, the rice casserole has added meat in it and seasoned with celery salt, the rice en casserole makes a full meal.
|Chopped cold meat||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Boiled rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Celery salt||To Taste|
|Butter/Other fat||2 Tablespoon|
|Tomato ketchup||2 Tablespoon|
Season the meat and pile it in the center of an oiled casserole.
Mix the eggs, milk, rice, fat and seasonings.
Pour over the meat, cover, and bake (350Â° F.) for twenty minutes.
