Ingredients
  Ground round steak/Lean hamburger 4 Pound
  Mushrooms 2 Pound
  Egg noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Package)
  Spanish onions 3
  Green peppers 3
  Celery 3 Bunch (300 gm)
  Tomatoes 15 Ounce (1 Large Can)
  Canned tomato soup 10 Ounce
  Canned condensed consomme 20 Ounce
  Soya sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), crushed
  Red wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Day before, brown meat; saute mushrooms for a few minutes; boil noodles for 10 minutes; chop everything in big bite chunks and add everything together.
Stir in wine; let it marinate overnight.
Bake at 325°F for 1 1/2 hours.
