Beef And Bulgur Casserole
|Lean ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Uncooked bulgur||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Snipped parsley||3 Tablespoon|
|Instant beef bouillon||2 Teaspoon|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Snipped oregano leaves/1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Instant minced garlic||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Crumble ground beef into 3 quart microwavable casserole; add onion.
Cover loosely and microwave on high 5 minutes; break up and stir.
Cover and microwave until very little pink remains, 4 to 6 minutes longer; drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese.
Cover tightly and microwave 10 minutes; stir.
Cover and microwave until bulgur is tender, 10 to 15 minutes longer.
Stir in cheese.
Sprinkle with snipped parsley, if desired.
