Beef And Bulgur Casserole it is very tasty. The dressing of parsley gives the Beef And Bulgur Casserole a prefect taste.
Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Uncooked bulgur 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Instant beef bouillon 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Snipped oregano leaves/1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Instant minced garlic 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Crumble ground beef into 3 quart microwavable casserole; add onion.
Cover loosely and microwave on high 5 minutes; break up and stir.
Cover and microwave until very little pink remains, 4 to 6 minutes longer; drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese.
Cover tightly and microwave 10 minutes; stir.
Cover and microwave until bulgur is tender, 10 to 15 minutes longer.
Stir in cheese.
Sprinkle with snipped parsley, if desired.
