Oyster Casserole

Ingredients
  Cracker crumbs 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oysters 3 Pint (With Liquor)
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), softened
  Whipping cream 1 1⁄2 Pint
Directions

If oysters are in shells, shell, reserve juice, and cut in half.
If in pint jars, halve, and reserve juice.
Mix crumbs with butter.
Put half the crumbs in the bottom of a casserole dish; cover with all the oysters, and liquor, salt and pepper; then the rest of the crumbs.
Pour the cream over the entire casserole.
Bake at 350 degree F for 20 minutes.
