Tuna Burger Casserole
|Canned light tuna||18 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Cans, 9 1/4 Ounce Each, Chunk Light Tuna)|
|Whole wheat bread slice||2|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Green pepper||1 , cut into rings|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned whole kernel corn||24 Ounce (Undrained, 2 Cans, 12 Ounce Each, Vacuum Packed)|
|Condensed tomato soup||20 Ounce (2 Cans, 10 Ounce Each)|
Combine tuna with bread broken into soft crumbs, then add egg.
Shape into 8 patties.
Cook onion and green pepper in oil until onions are soft about 3 minutes.
Butter casserole dish, add corn with its juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Top with tuna burgers.
Cover with onion and green pepper.
Pour tomato soup over top.
Bake at 350 degrees until piping hot about 30 minutes.
