Everyday Brunch Egg Casserole

Ingredients
  Eggs 8
  Milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Bread slice 10 , well buttered and cubed
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Pound, grated
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Lightly beat eggs and milk.
In an ungreased casserole, alternate layers of cheese and bread cubes.
Stir seasonings into eggs and milk, pour entire mixture over cheese and bread.
Cover and refrigerate for 48 hours.
Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before baking.
Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
This makes a wonderful breakfast for a crowd of weekend guests, served with juice and a sweet roll.
A pound of cooked sausages, mushrooms or asparagus layered on top makes a perfect final touch.
