|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Tomato sauce||16 Ounce (2 Cans, 8 Ounce Each)|
|Cottage cheese||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Scallions||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), sliced|
|Green pepper||1 Tablespoon, minced|
|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
Saute beef in 1 teaspoon butter.
Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
Remove from heat.
Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, scallions and green peppers.
In a casserole, spread 1/2 spaghetti and cover with cheese sauce; cover with remainder of spaghetti.
Pour melted butter on top.
Spread tomato meat sauce over top.
Bake at 350 degree F for 45 minutes, or until bubbly.
Serve with green salad and French bread.
