Quick Beef Casserole is easy to make and does'nt take much time to prepare. The macaroni and milk gives the Quick Beef Casserole a mouth watering taste.
Ingredients
  Cut up cooked beef 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Elbow macaroni 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), uncooked
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Snipped fresh basil/1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Mushroom stems and pieces 1 Can (10 oz), undrained
  Tomato sauce 1 Can (10 oz)
Directions

Mix all ingredients in 3 quart microwavable casserole; pour 1/2 cup water over top.
Cover tightly and microwave on high, stirring every 6 minutes, until macaroni is tender, 15 to 18 minutes.
Let stand covered 5 minutes.
