Chicken And Rice Casserole
|Condensed cream of celery soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 can)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||2 Ounce, undrained (1 can)|
|Raw long grain converted rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chicken breasts||2 , halved, skinned and boned|
|Dry onion soup mix||11 Tablespoon|
Combine soup, mushrooms and rice in greased crock pot; stir well.
Lay chicken breasts on top of mixture and sprinkle with onion soup mix.
Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 9 hours.
