Salmon And Potato Casserole
|Potatoes||4 , peeled and thinly sliced|
|Canned salmon||16 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Canned cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Nutmeg||1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)|
Place half of the potatoes in greased crock pot.
Sprinkle with half of the flour, salt and pepper.
Cover with half the sal mon; sprinkle with half the onion.
Repeat layers in order.
Combine soup and water.
Pour over potato salmon mixture.
Dust with nutmeg.
Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 10 hours.
