Turkey Casserole

This turkey casserole recipe is prepared with diced turkey and breadcrumbs cooked with celery and onions. Combined with egg and poultry seasonining along with the bread crumb mix, the turkey casserole is baked and can be served as main meal.
Ingredients
  Diced turkey 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Bread crumbs 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Poultry 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Cream of mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Broth/Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Arrange diced turkey in a large baking dish.
Melt the margarine in a large skillet and saute the celery, onion and bread crumbs.
Add salt, baking powder, pepper and poultry seasoning.
Beat the egg and add soup and broth or milk.
Add to crumb mixture and pour over turkey.
Bake uncovered 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°.
