Barbecued Pork Chop Casserole
|Ketchup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fat||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Canned lima beans||2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked, drained (Or Cooked Ones)|
|Canned cream style corn||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
Stir until mixture boils and boil for 3 minutes.
To serve four, dredge 4 pork chops in seasoned flour and brown in 2 tablespoons fat in a frying pan.
Into a greased baking dish put: place chops on vegetables and cover with the barbecue sauce.
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
