Asparagus Casserole

Ingredients
  Frozen asparagus spears 20 Ounce, thawed (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)
  Condensed cream of celery soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Condensed cream of chicken soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Crushed saltine crackers 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cubed process american cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Slivered almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In large bowl, combine all ingredients well.
Pour into lightly greased crock pot.
Cover and cook on high setting for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
After cooking, dish may be held on low setting for up to 2 hours before serving.
