Festive Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)
  Canned mushroom stems and pieces 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded pasteurized process american cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Crushed potato chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cook peas in a 2 qt.glass casserole dish as directed in chart .
Drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients except sour cream and potato chips.
Cover and microwave 6 to 8 minutes [ROAST-8, 8 to 10 minutes].
Stir once during cooking.
Stir in sour cream.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
