Broccoli and Corn Casserole
|Frozen chopped broccoli||10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)|
|Canned cream style corn||8 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Herb seasoned stuffing mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
In mixing bowl combine broccoli, corn, onion, salt and pepper and egg with Worcestershire sauce beaten in slightly.
Melt butter and add with 3/4 stuffing mix tossing lightly to coat all ingredients.
Turn into 1 quart casserole, lightly greased and sprinkle top with rest of stuffing.
Bake covered 350Â° for 35-40 minutes.
Can be made ahead of time, but set out 30 to 40 minutes before heating.
This is a delicious dish and I have never had anyone leave a morsel behind.
It feeds 4 and can be served with roasts or chops or fowls or whatever.
