Chicken Divan Ramekins
|Condensed cream of chicken soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Frozen chopped broccoli||20 Ounce (2 Packages)|
|Shredded cooked chicken/Shredded cooked turkey||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a small bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, milk, and mustard; blend well, then set aside.
Microwave broccoli according to package directions.
Drain off excess water, then divide broccoli among four 10 ounce ramekins, spreading broccoli on bottom and up sides of each ramekin.
Arrange chicken pieces over broccoli, then evenly spoon soup mixture over chicken.
Cover each ramekin with plastic wrap. (At this point you may refrigerate until next day.)
Place ramekins in a square and microwave, covered, on HIGH (100%) for 10 minutes (turning each dish 1/4 turn after 5 minutes) or until sauce is bubbly. (If refrigerated, microwave on HIGH (100%) for 12 to 15 minutes.)
Uncover and sprinkle with cheese.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
