Lima Bean Casserole

|Onions||2 Small, thinly sliced|
|Frozen baby lima beans||30 Ounce, thawed (3 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)|
|Condensed cream of celery soup||21 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Cans, 10 3/4 Ounce Each)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||8 Ounce, undrained (2 Cans, 4 Ounce Each)|
|Chopped pimento||2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)|
|Dill seed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients except heavy cream and parmesan cheese in crock pot; stir well.
Cover and cook on low setting for 10 to 12 hours.
Just before serving, add cream and stir well; sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
