Chipped Beef Casserole
|Onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dried beef||1⁄4 Pound, or chipped|
|Oleo||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cooked macaroni||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Parsley flakes||1 Tablespoon|
|Cheddar cheese soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
Saute onions, celery and dried beef in the melted oleo.
Add flour to thicken; slowly add milk.
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
Place cooked macaroni into a 3 quart casserole dish; pour dried beef mixture over macaroni.
Add salt, pepper and parsley flakes.
Spread the cheese soup over casserole.
The cheese will melt down through the casserole as it bakes.
Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven
